KKPoker believes that you should be allowed to manage your own budget for gambling online. Otherwise, your Account will remain restricted. Once your self-exclusion period has ended, you can only reactivate your KKPoker Account by contacting our Customer Services team. It will not be possible to cancel the activated self-exclusion before it expires. During your self-exclusion period, KKPoker and its affiliates will stop sending further marketing emails to you. Once your self-exclusion has been confirmed and activated, KKPoker will restrict your Account and return your balance to you. Our Customer Service team will help with the exclusion after confirming your identity and request. You will be guided to send an email to us. If you think you are spending too much time or money gambling, you can ask to be ‘self-excluded’ via the KKPoker App (Profile > Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion). Self-exclusion is a facility for players that have decided that they wish to stop gambling for at least six months and wish to be supported in their decision to stop.
